Oolong tea is often described as being somewhere between green and black tea, with a flavor that is both floral and fruity. 

The oolong tea tastes like green tea, but it’s more oxidized and has a long finish. Oolongs are picked in two stages: once as part of the process to create green teas and again when they’re partially oxidized, which creates an oolong with subtler flavor notes than their greener counterparts.

Combined with organic cacao nibs, homegrown spearmint and lightly spiced with cinnamon bark - balanced out with chamomile and whole bean vanilla makes for a grounding warming and soothing tea.
